Ajerosa OS is a private business-operations platform used to manage heavy-equipment fleets, operators, inventory, goods receiving, company records, reports and authorised financial records. This policy explains how Ajerosa Integrated Nigeria Limited (“Ajerosa”, “we”, “us”) handles information when an authorised person uses the Ajerosa OS website or mobile application.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, business email address, telephone number, role, permissions and login activity.
- Operational information such as fleet, machine, operator, job, maintenance, inventory, goods-receiving, audit and company records.
- Authorised business financial records entered into Ajerosa OS.
- Photos, invoices, documents, voice-to-text requests and other content submitted by authorised users.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide Ajerosa OS, authenticate users, apply role-based permissions, maintain audit history, process authorised operational requests, analyse submitted documents where requested, protect the platform, troubleshoot faults and meet legal or business-record obligations.
AI-assisted processing
When an authorised user chooses an AI-assisted feature, relevant text, images or documents may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. AI output is treated as a proposal or analysis and does not bypass Ajerosa OS permissions or required owner approval for protected changes.
Service providers and disclosure
We use contracted infrastructure, database and AI service providers to operate Ajerosa OS, including hosting, managed database and AI-processing services. They process information for us under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the company or the service.
Security and retention
Ajerosa OS uses encrypted network connections, password hashing, role-based access, protected actions and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as the account is authorised, the business record is needed, or retention is required for security, audit, contractual or legal purposes.
Your choices and account deletion
An authorised user can correct profile information or initiate account deletion from Edit My Profile. A non-Owner profile is anonymised and disabled after password confirmation. The sole Owner request remains pending until company ownership and retained records are resolved. Some operational or audit records may need to be retained where deletion would compromise security, legal compliance or the integrity of company records. See the account-deletion page for instructions and the sign-in recovery route.
Children
Ajerosa OS is a business application for authorised workers and administrators. It is not directed to children.
